Lover of my Soul
gentle, compassionate
tenderness like no other.
With the hands of a angel,
caresses my heart
and touches my soul.
He holds my hand
and never lets go,
leads and never forsakes.
A rock that never moves
a lamp to my feet,
shelter and safety is where we meet.
He weeps when I weep
brokenness He heals,
the sword of His spirit my protection.
King of my heart
who loves like no other,
love so pure and divine.
My constant companion
a gentleman and passionate lover,
the fire of His love burns in my heart.
My beloved,
I am tied to His
Most Sacred Heart.
This is the first writing I ever wrote and shared publicly. It actually was a class assignment about 7 years ago. So it’s probably my personal favorite because it means everything to me.
Holy Fire Peru 
The celebration of the heart of Jesus is on June 28 and coincides with the birthday of my daughter Thirsa. That day she and I received our recognition as servants of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
